What’s the weather like in
Glacier Country?
Glacier Country’s elevation and latitude provide uncommonly
mild weather conditions and temperatures, no matter the
season. Depending on your exact destination, you can expect
summer temperatures to be in the 70s, 80s and on rare occasions,
in the 90s. Extremely long days mean your itinerary can
be as full as you want. Fall is ideal for brisk outdoor
recreation, as temperatures remain in the 60s and 70s. Low
humidity keeps Glacier Country’s winters fairly mild;
in the hills, snowfall is abundant, consisting of mostly
dry powder. Spring’s thaw brings temperatures in the
50s and 60s, with an occasional 70-degree day in April.
