By accessing, browsing or viewing the Glaciermt.com site (the "Site"), you accept, without limit or qualification, all Site policies, terms and conditions provided herein and as may change from time-to-time without notice to you. Any usage of the Site by you acknowledges full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions. As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to Glacier Country Tourism that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.

Privacy: Personal Information Collected and Use of Such Information

Glaciermt.com is committed to honoring the privacy of its site visitors. We will not sell, release or rent any personal information gathered during your visit without your explicit permission.

We may use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information in order to deliver content specific to your interests. Ordering Publications

Glacier Country Tourism does not collect information about you unless you voluntarily participate in an activity that asks for such information. The information requested and supplied by you through the web, is the same information requested if performed over the telephone, by mail, or in person. When you provide your name, address, email address and other personal information, we use the information to provide the requested publications. If and only if you do explicitly grant us permission, we do sometimes release non-financial information to Montana travel-related businesses. Definition of Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information means individually identifiable information about an individual collected online, including:

  2. a residence or other physical address, including a street name and name of a city or town;
  3. an e-mail address;

Personally Identifiable Information Not Routinely Collected

Citizens do not have to routinely provide personal information to access Glacier Country Montana web sites or to download information. We will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (name, address, telephone number, email address) unless you provide it voluntarily.

Guest Book

If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it online. We may request personally identifiable information from you in order to provide requested specialized services, but such information is handled as it would be on an in-person visit to a government office.

The information you voluntarily submit is used by Glacier Country Montana to notify consumers about updates to our web site, used to contact consumers for marketing purposes and shared with reputable Montana businesses and organizations to contact consumers for marketing purposes. Individuals are provided with the option to not have their name shared. None of the information we collect will be used for a purpose other than the express purposes set forth in this statement, except as required by law. Individuals will be provided with the ability to "opt out" at anytime of any communication regarding new service updates from Glacier Country Montana.

Email This Page to a Friend

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask for the friend's name and email address. Glacier Country Montana will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Glacier Country Montana does not store this information.

Surveys and Contests

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the “contest” winners and award prizes and may also be shared with Montana businesses and organizations to help them contact "contest" participants for marketing purposes.
